摘要:
目的 调查手术室护士职业倦怠感与隐性缺勤的现状并分析两者之间的相关性。方法 对我院在职185名手术室护士进行问卷调查,调查内容包括个体一般资料、Maslach工作倦怠量表、斯坦福隐性缺勤问卷(SPS-6),对所得数据进行单因素分析及Pearson相关性分析。结果 手术室护士职业倦怠总分为(63.94±14.50)分,各维度得分依次为情感衰竭(24.61±9.13)分,去人格化(7.34±7.32)分,个人成就(31.87±5.34)分,SPS-6量表总分为(17.25±3.15)分,隐性缺勤与职业倦怠、情感衰竭、去人格化呈正相关(r=0.235~0.453,P均<0.05),与个人成就感呈负相关(r=-0.473,P<0.05)。结论 职业倦怠是影响手术室护士隐性缺勤的因素,随着职业倦怠程度的增加,隐性缺勤的程度越大。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To investigate the current status of occupational burnout and recessive absenteeism in operating room nurses and analyze the correlation between them. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 185 operating room nurses in our hospital. The survey included general general data, Maslach job burnout scale, and Stanford hidden absenteeism questionnaire (SPS-6). Univariate analysis and Pearson correlation analysis were performed on the data.Results The total score of occupational burnout in the operating room nurses was (63.94±14.50). The scores of each dimension were emotional failure (24.61±9.13), depersonalization (7.34±7.32), personal achievement (31.87±5.34); The SPS- 6 total score of the scale was (17.25±3.15). The recessive absenteeism was positively correlated with burnout, emotional exhaustion and depersonalization (r=0.235~0.453, P mean<0.05), which was negatively correlated with personal achievement (r=-0.473,P<0.05). Conclusion Burnout is a factor affecting the implicit absenteeism of nurses in the operating room. As the degree of burnout increases, the degree of recessive absenteeism increases.
