摘要:
目的 研究通心络对急性心肌梗死患者再灌注后心肌和微血管的保护性。方法 选取2018年1月~2019年1月在我院治疗的成功实施PCI或溶栓治疗的急性心肌梗死患者94例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各47例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合通心络治疗,对比两组治疗后1周、2周、1个月室壁异常节段恢复率、左室舒张末容积(LVEDV)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)等指标。结果 观察组治疗后1周、2周、1个月异常室壁运动节段恢复率均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组LVEF、LVEDV均较治疗前有改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组MDA均较治疗前降低,NO水平均较治疗前升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 通心络对急性心肌梗死患者再灌注后心肌和微血管具有良好的保护性,可减轻对患者心肌缺损再灌注损伤。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To study the protective effect of Tongxinluo on myocardial and microvessels after reperfusion in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 94 patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent PCI or thrombolytic therapy in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,47 cases each. The control group received conventional drug therapy. The observation group was treated with Tongxinluo on the basis of the control group. The ventricular wall abnormality recovery rate, left ventricular end-diastolic volume (LVEDV), and left ventricular ejection fraction were compared at 1 week, 2 weeks, and 1 month after treatment. (LVEF), malondialdehyde (MDA), nitric oxide (NO) and other indicators.Results The recovery rate of abnormal wall motion segment at 1 week, 2 weeks and 1 month after treatment was higher than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the LVEF of the both group were better than before treatment, and the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the MDA of the both group were lower than before, the NO levels were higher than before, and the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongxinluo has good protection against myocardial and microvessels after reperfusion in patients with acute myocardial infarction, which can alleviate myocardial defect reperfusion injury.
