目的 调查肿瘤科医生护士的营养知信行现状并分析其影响因素。方法 随机抽取2018年6月~12月湖南省某三甲医院肿瘤科医生护士共220名作为研究对象,以问卷星的方式开展调查,分析医生、护士不同群体获取营养知信行情况及多元性线性分析其影响因素。结果 发放问卷220份,收回205份,回收率93.18%。有效问卷199份,有效率为90.45%。共199名研究对象,医生32名(16.08%),护士167名(83.92)。“工作摸索”占“通过何种途径获取营养知识”的64.32%,“工作太忙”占“影响营养知识学习的主要原因”的75.38%。多元线元性分析表明:医生营养知识主要影响因素是职称和工龄,护士是职称;医生护士营养态度主要影响因素是工龄;医生营养行为主要影响因素是学历,护士是科室。结论 医生护士营养知识掌握程度不理想,医生英语知识和营养行为高于护士,护士营养态度高于医生。对医生护士进行营养管理,应充分考虑医生护士的职称、工龄、学历和科室等因素,利用传统模式与新型模式相结合的培训模式,进行针对性培训,并创建一支多学科营养支持团队,提高医生护士营养知信行水平。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To investigate the status of nutrition counseling and behavior of oncologist nurses and analyze the influencing factors. Methods A total of 220 intensive nurses from a top three hospital in Hunan Province from June to December 2018 were randomly selected as survey subjects. The survey was conducted by questionnaires to analyze the situation of nutrition and knowledge and diversity of different groups of doctors and nurses. Its influencing factors. Results 220 questionnaires were distributed and 205 were recovered, with a recovery rate of 93.18%. 199 valid questionnaires, the effective rate was 90.45%. A total of 199 subjects, 32 doctors (16.08%), 167 nurses (83.92). "Work groping" accounted for 64.32% of "how to get nutrition knowledge", "work too busy" accounted for 75.38% of "the main reason for affecting nutrition knowledge learning". Multivariate linear analysis showed that the main influencing factors of doctors' nutrition knowledge were professional titles and seniority, nurses were professional titles; the main influencing factors of doctors' nurses' nutritional attitudes were working age; the main influencing factors of doctors' nutritional behavior were academic qualifications, and nurses were departments. Conclusion The degree of mastery of nutrition knowledge of doctors and nurses is not ideal. The doctors' knowledge of English and nutrition are higher than that of nurses. The nutritional attitude of nurses is higher than that of doctors. For the nutrition management of doctors and nurses, the doctors and nurses should be fully considered, such as the title, length of service, education and department, and the training mode combining traditional mode and new mode should be used to carry out targeted training and create a multi-disciplinary nutrition support team. Improve the level of nutrition and knowledge of doctors and nurses.
