摘要:
目的 了解陕西省三甲医院护士的组织支持感现状,分析其影响因素,并提出相应对策。方法 采用一般资料调查表、护士组织支持感量表对陕西省9所三级甲等医院的2322名护士进行调查。结果 调查对象的组织支持感总分为(54.44±14.12)分,条目平均得分为(3.63±0.94)分,属中等水平,不同年龄、工作时间、职称、婚姻状况、学历、进修培训情况的护士组织支持感得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 医院应采取不同的措施来提高护士的组织支持感,以减少职业倦怠和离职倾向,从而增加护士对工作的投入,稳定护理人才队伍。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To understand the status quo of organizational support of nurses in the top three hospitals in Shaanxi Province, analyze the influencing factors, and propose corresponding countermeasures. Methods A total of 2,322 nurses from 9 top three hospitals in Shaanxi Province were surveyed using a general data questionnaire and a nurse organization support scale. Results The total score of organizational support was (54.44±14.12), and the average score was (3.63±0.94). It was a medium-level nurse with different age, working hours, professional title, marital status, education and training. The scores of tissue support were compared,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The hospital should take different measures to improve the sense of organizational support of nurses to reduce burnout and turnover intentions, thereby increasing nurses' investment in work and stabilizing the nursing talent team.
