摘要:
目的 评价脂肪汗腺刮吸联合微波微创治疗腋臭的临床效果。方法 选取2015年1月~2017年12月甘肃省第二人民医院80例确诊腋臭患者进行脂肪汗腺刮吸联合微波微创治疗。本方法采用微波单极针状探头对每个毛孔进行微波治疗,破坏真皮中层及部分深层的顶泌汗腺及其导管,通过脂肪汗腺刮吸方法对真皮深层及浅筋膜浅层的顶泌汗腺刮除吸出,达到治疗腋臭的目的。结果 80例患者中,随访80例,共160侧腋窝,有156侧(97.50%)治愈,无可见疤痕为159侧(99.38%),满意度95.00%。结论 脂肪汗腺刮吸联合微波微创治疗腋臭操作简单、瘢痕不明显、复发率低、疗效肯定、患者满意度高。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of fat sweat gland scraping combined with microwave minimally invasive treatment of underarm odor. Methods From January 2015 to December 2017, 80 patients with deodorant diagnosed in the Second Provincial People's Hospital were treated with fatty sweat gland scraping combined with microwave minimally invasive treatment. The method uses a microwave monopolar needle probe to perform microwave treatment on each pore, destroying the dermis middle layer and part of the deep apocrine sweat gland and its catheter, and the apocrine sweat gland of the deep dermis and superficial fascia through the fatty sweat gland scraping method. Scrape out and suck out to achieve the purpose of treating underarm odor. Results For the 80 patients, 80 were followed up, a total of 160 axillary fossa, 156 (97.50%) were cured, no visible scar was 159 side (99.38%), and satisfaction was 95.00%. Conclusion Fat sweat gland scraping combined with microwave minimally invasive treatment of odor is simple, scar is not obvious, recurrence rate is low, curative effect is positive, and patient satisfaction is high.
