摘要:
目的 调查我校文科、理科来源护理本科生专业认同及自我效能现状,比较文理来源护理本科生专业认同及自我效能的差异。方法 采用横断面研究方法,对我校371名护理本科生进行问卷调查,内容包括一般情况调查,护理本科生专业认同以及一般自我效能情况。结果 文、理科来源护理本科生专业认同得分分别为(78.61±10.01)分、(75.17±11.70)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);文、理科来源护理本科生自我效能得分分别为(25.89±5.77)分,(24.32±5.65)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归结果表明护理本科生专业认同影响因素包括就读护理专业的原因、所在年级以及学习成绩,自我效能的影响因素包括户口所在地、文理来源以及学习成绩。结论 我校文理科护理本科生专业认同均属一般认同,护理学院应针对文理科护理本科生制定针对性培养方案,提升专业认同感。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To investigate the status of professional identity and self-efficacy of undergraduate nursing students in liberal arts and sciences in our university, and to compare the differences in professional identity and self-efficacy of nursing undergraduates. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted to conduct a questionnaire survey of 371 nursing undergraduates in our school, including general surveys, professional identity of nursing undergraduates, and general self-efficacy. Results The professional recognition scores of undergraduate nursing students of literature and science source were (78.61±10.01) points and (75.17±11.70) points, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The self-efficacy scores of nursing undergraduates from literature and science sources were respectively (25.89±5.77) points, (24.32±5.65) points, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); multiple linear regression results showed that the factors affecting the professional identity of nursing undergraduates included the reasons for the nursing major, the grade level and academic achievement. Factors affecting self-efficacy include the location of the household registration, the source of arts and culture, and academic performance.Conclusion The professional identity of undergraduate nursing students in the arts and sciences of our school is generally recognized. The nursing college should develop targeted training programs for undergraduate nursing students in liberal arts and sciences to enhance their professional identity.
