摘要:
目的 研究早期康复护理在提高脑梗死患者治疗效果及改善认知功能、日常生活能力中的作用。方法 选取2017年5月~2018年5月在我院接受治疗的脑梗死患者80例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组患者接受常规护理，观察组患者接受早期康复护理，观察两组患者护理后的治疗效果、认知功能和日常生活能力。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组（97.50% vs 77.50%），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的MMSE评分为（21.46±2.13）分、Barthel评分为（57.81±5.69）分，均高于对照组的（18.52±1.84）分、（43.26±4.32）分，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 脑梗死患者接受早期康复护理，可以显著提升患者的认知功能和日常生活能力，促进患者病情的好转。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To study the role of early rehabilitation nursing in improving the therapeutic effect and improving cognitive function and daily living ability of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 80 patients with cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine care, and the patients in the observation group received early rehabilitation care. The therapeutic effects, cognitive function and daily living ability of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (97.50% vs 77.50%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The MMSE scores of the observation group were (21.46±2.13) points and the Barthel scores were (57.81±5.69) points, which were higher than those of the control group (18.52±1.84) and (43.26±4.32),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation care for patients with cerebral infarction can significantly improve the cognitive function and daily living ability of patients, and promote the improvement of patients' condition.
