摘要:
本文主要介绍我院基于EMR、PACS等现有信息系统基础上,设计泌尿结石随访系统的软件架构和应用模块。通过对系统工作流程的设计,分析该系统随访建档、随访提醒、随访录入、随访查询、健康教育、数据分析、参数设置7个主要模块的主要功能。系统上线运行后取得了良好的应用效果,为医生的临床诊治和科研工作提供有力支撑。

Abstract:This paper mainly introduces the software architecture and application modules of the urinary stone follow-up system based on the existing information systems such as EMR and PACS. Through the design of the system workflow, the main functions of the seven main modules of the system follow-up file, follow-up reminder, follow-up entry, follow-up query, health education, data analysis and parameter setting were analyzed. After the system was put into operation, it achieved good application results,and provided strong support for doctors' clinical diagnosis and treatment.
