摘要:
与传统病案管理相比，病案示踪系统可有效提高病案管理的科学性、规范性。病案示踪系统的上线提高了病案管理的流通性、时效性、安全性，同时提升了服务质量，促进病案管理更规范化。本文主要介绍使用病案示踪系统在回收、催交、借阅、复印、上架、统计分析、病案查询等病案管理中的应用效果，该系统有效减少了查找病案的时间，在病案管理中保证全部病案“零”丢失，有效提高病案管理工作效率，促进了医院科学化、标准化和信息化建设进程。
Abstract:
Abstract：Compared with traditional medical record management, the medical record tracking system can effectively improve the scientific and normative management of medical records. The on-line screening of the medical record tracking system has improved the circulation, timeliness and safety of medical record management, and at the same time improved the quality of services and promoted the standardization of medical record management. This article mainly introduces the application effect of the use of the medical record tracing system in the management of medical records such as recycling, reminding, borrowing, copying, shelf-up, statistical analysis, medical record inquiry, etc. This system effectively reduces the time for finding medical records and guarantees all medical records in medical record management"zero" is lost, effectively improving the efficiency of medical record management. Insights have effectively promoted the process of scientific, standardized and informatized hospital construction.
