摘要:
目的 探析应用超声联合神经刺激仪辅助进行锁骨上臂丛神经阻滞麻醉在肘关节区手术中的应用效果。方法 选择2016年12月~2018年7月我院60例行肘关节区手术的患者,随机分为常规组和联合组,各30例,常规组应用神经刺激仪辅助麻醉,联合组在此基础上联合超声引导辅助麻醉;比较两组麻醉起效时间、镇痛效果、不良反应发生率及阻滞失败率。结果 联合组麻醉起效时间短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组麻醉操作时间、麻醉持续时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合组镇痛效果优良率为100.00%,高于常规组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组不良反应发生率、阻滞失败率均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 超声联合神经刺激仪辅助进行锁骨上臂丛神经阻滞可有效缩短麻醉起效时间,提高麻醉效果,镇痛效果良好,安全性高。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To investigate the application of ultrasound combined with neurostimulator in the treatment of supraclavicular brachial plexus block anesthesia in elbow joint surgery.Methods From December 2016 to July 2018, 60 patients undergoing elbow joint surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into the conventional group and the combined group, 30 cases each. The conventional group was treated with neurostimulator to assist anesthesia. Upper combined with ultrasound-guided anesthesia; comparison of anesthesia onset time, analgesic effect, adverse reaction rate and block failure rate.Results The onset time of anesthesia in the combined group was shorter than that in the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the anesthesia operation time and duration of anesthesia between the two groups (P>0.05). The analgesic effect was excellent in the combination group. The rate was 100.00%, which was higher than that of the conventional group 86.67%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions and block failure rate in the combined group were lower than the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound combined with nerve stimulator for the treatment of supraclavicular brachial plexus block can effectively shorten the onset time of anesthesia, improve the anesthetic effect, and have good analgesic effect and high safety.
