摘要:
目的 探讨鼻腔扩容术对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者的治疗效果及对咽部软腭长度的影响。方法 选取2016年10月~2017年12月我院收治的30例OSAHS患者,均行鼻腔扩容术治疗,比较手术前后睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)、最低动脉血氧饱和度(SaO2)、鼻阻力变化及软腭长度。结果 术后患者AHI为(26.89±20.73)次/h,低于术前的(48.32±17.64)次/h,最低SaO2水平为(90.24±7.40)%,高于术前的(80.59±8.42)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后患者鼻阻力、软腭长度分别为(0.30±0.12)Pa/(cm3·s)、(37.28±5.46)mm,均低于术前的(0.43±0.15)Pa/(cm3·s)、(45.68±7.30)mm,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 OSAHS患者采用鼻腔扩容术治疗,效果显著,可增加鼻腔有效通气,同时降低鼻阻力,改善软腭长度。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of nasal cavity expansion on the treatment of patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) and the length of pharyngeal soft palate.Methods 30 patients with OSAHS admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to December 2017 were treated with nasal dilatation. The sleep apnea hypopnea index (AHI) and the minimum arterial oxygen saturation (SaO2) were compared before and after surgery. Changes in nasal resistance and length of soft palate.Results The AHI of patients after operation was (26.89±20.73) times/h, which was lower than that of preoperative (48.32±17.64) times/h, and the lowest SaO2 level was (90.24±7.40)%, which was higher than that before operation (80.59±8.42)%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The postoperative nasal resistance and soft palate length were (0.30±0.12)Pa/(cm3·s) and (37.28±5.46)mm, respectively, which were lower than the preoperative (0.43±0.15)Pa/(cm3·s),(45.68±7.30)mm, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with OSAHS are treated with nasal dilatation. The effect is significant, which can increase the effective ventilation of the nasal cavity, reduce the nasal resistance and improve the length of soft palate.
