摘要:
目的 探讨局部针刺联合中药包热敷治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法 选取2017年12月~2018年10月我院收治的神经根型颈椎病患者110例，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各55例。对照组予以“颈舒中药包”热敷治疗，观察组在对照组基础上予以局部组穴针刺疗法，比较两组治疗前、治疗1月后的麻木程度评分及VAS评分，随访6个月观察临床复发率。结果 治疗前，两组VAS评分、麻木程度评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗1月后，观察组VAS评分低于对照组、麻木程度评分高于对照组[（1.62±0.54）分vs（2.96±1.06）分]、[（3.24±0.54）分vs（2.66±0.72）分]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组总有效率为94.55%，高于对照组的83.64%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。随访6月，观察组复发率为9.09%，低于对照组的18.18%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 局部针刺联合中药包热敷治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著，可有效缓解疼痛，降低复发率。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of local acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods A total of 110 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to October 2018 were enrolled in the observation group and the control group, 55 cases each. The control group was treated with "Jingshu Chinese Medicine Pack", and the observation group was given local acupuncture on the basis of the control group. The numbness score and VAS score before treatment and after 1 month of treatment were compared between the two groups. The clinical recurrence rate was observed at 6 months follow-up. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in VAS score and numbness score between the two groups (P>0.05). After 1 month of treatment, the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the numbness score was higher than that of the control group [(1.62±0.54) points vs(2.96±1.06) points] and [(3.24±0.54) points vs(2.66±0.72)points],the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.55%, which was higher than that of the control group 83.64%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).During the follow-up of 6 months, the recurrence rate of the observation group was 9.09%, which was lower than that of the control group 18.18%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Local acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is effective, which can effectively relieve pain and reduce recurrence rate.
