目的 为了拓展和组织策划中国高质量稿源,提高国内药学期刊的学术影响力,对高影响力药理学和药学期刊上的中国论文进行分析。方法 采用期刊引证报告(JCR)多指标等综合因素选出高影响力药学期刊11种,利用Web of Sciences平台核心合集数据库检索2007年1月~2017年12月中国作者发表在这11种期刊上的论文,分析论文数量及其高被引论文的数量、来源机构及其内容特征。结果 十年间中国作者在11种期刊上共发表论文7416篇,其中药理学和药剂学论文数量较多;论文均来自中国从事药学研究的重点大学和研究机构,包括香港大学;在高被引论文中,中国论文数量为105篇,其中药剂学类期刊上66篇、药物发现类期刊上6篇、药理学类期刊上33篇;这些高被引论文同样来自我国从事药学研究的重点大学和研究机构,还有香港大学、苏州大学;高被引论文的共同内容特点是针对肿瘤、心脑血管以及神经系统研究药物的给药途径、作用靶点及作用机制研究。结论 中国作者在高影响力药理学和药剂学期刊上的发文数量较多,占主要地位,在国际药学领域扮演着越来越重要的角色,尤其药剂学科的学者紧跟学术前沿,引领学科发展;重点大学及科研机构仍是从事药学研究工作的重点单位,目前我国药学的研究热点集中在肿瘤、心脑血管以及神经系统方面。因此,国内药学期刊拓宽组织策划高质量稿件应重点关注以上领先的研究领域和活跃的重点大学、科研机构,从而确定约稿的主题,同时还应重点关注具有中国特色的学术领域,如中国传统医药。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To expand and organize high-quality manuscript sources from China to improve the academic influence for China pharmaceutical journals.Methods 11 high-impact pharmaceutical journals were selected using a combination of multiple factors from journal citation report (JCR), and the core collection database of Web of Sciences platform was used to retrieve the papers published by Chinese authors in the 11 journals from January 2007 to December 2017, analyze the number of papers and the number of high-cited papers, source institutions and their content characteristics.Results In the past 10 years, Chinese authors have published 7416 papers in the 11 journals, including a large number of pharmacology and pharmaceutics papers; the papers are from China's key universities and research institutions engaged in pharmaceutical research, including the University of Hong Kong. In highly cited papers the number of Chinese papers is 105, including 66 in pharmaceutics journals, 6 in drug discovery journals, and 33 in pharmacology journals. These highly cited papers are also from key universities and research institutions engaged in pharmaceutical research. There are also the University of Hong Kong and Suzhou University; the common content of the highly cited papers is the research on the route of administration, target and mechanism of action of tumor, cardiovascular and neurological research drugs.Conclusion Chinese authors have a large number of papers in high-impact pharmacology and pharmacy journals, and they play an increasingly important role in the international pharmaceutical field. Scholars in the Chinese pharmaceutics discipline keep up with academic frontiers and lead the development of disciplines. Key universities and research institutions are still the key units engaged in pharmaceutical research. At present, the research focus of Chinese pharmaceutical sciences focuses on tumors, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and nervous system. Domestic pharmaceutical journals should broaden their organization and plan high-quality manuscripts. We should focus on the above-mentioned leading research fields and active key universities and research institutions to determine the theme of the draft, and should focus on academic fields with Chinese characteristics, such as traditional Chinese medicine.
