摘要:
目的 探讨应用“康复助手”手机应用软件,健康宣教对PICC置管患者延续护理中自我管理能力的影响。方法 选取2016年1月~2017年1月我院60例新留置PICC置管的恶性肿瘤化疗患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组30例。对照组采用传统PICC宣教方法,给予常规延续性护理维护指导,实验组采用“康复助手”学习课程,由护士进行对软件使用的培训后进行自我学习,可以自主添加不同课程,包含文字、图片以及视频教学,患者上传的导管情况以及带管日常活动的问题及时给予答复,给予线上指导。两组患者通过《肿瘤患者PICC自我管理能力量表》测评自我管理能力。结果 实验组的异常处理能力、信息获取能力、带管活动得分和总分分别为(13.07±1.68)分、(11.83±1.12)分、(24.67±1.40)分和(116.47±4.36)分,高于对照组的(10.63±1.07)分、(6.97±1.93)分、(23.23±1.14)分和(106.37±3.02)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用“康复助手”在线方式对患者进行健康宣教,能直观及时的与患者进行交流与指导,有利于提高PICC置管患者的自我管理能力。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of health education on the self-management ability of PICC in patients with continuous care in the application of "Rehabilitation Assistant" mobile application software.Methods 60 patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy who underwent PICC placement in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group used the traditional PICC missionary method to give regular continuous care and maintenance guidance. The experimental group used the "rehabilitation assistant" learning course. The nurses conducted self-learning after training on software use. They could add different courses, including texts and pictures. The video teaching, the patient's uploaded catheter status and the problems with the daily activities of the tube are promptly answered and given online guidance. The two groups of patients were assessed for self-management capabilities through the "PICC Self-Management Capacity Scale" for Cancer Patients.Results The abnormal treatment capacity, information acquisition ability, tube activity score and total score of the experimental group were (13.07±1.68), (11.83±1.12), (24.67±1.40) and (116.47±4.36), respectively. Which was higher than the control group (10.63±1.07), (6.97±1.93), (23.23±1.14) and (106.37±3.02), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Using the "Rehabilitation Assistant" online method to conduct health education for patients, it is possible to communicate and guide patients intuitively and timely, which is beneficial to improve the self-management ability of PICC patients.
