摘要:
肺音听诊对小儿肺系疾病的诊断和治疗非常重要。为了在临床肺音研究中找到小儿肺系病证和小儿病理性肺音之间的关联,需要进行大量的临床肺音病例采集和分析。本文设计了小儿肺系病证病例管理系统来进行有量表差异的临床病例数据管理。通过本系统在上海和沈阳两地利用两种数字听诊器采集了222例病例数据并进行了初步分析。由于不同的医疗单位对于病例研究的问卷或量表有很大差异,本文设计了采集数据和临床研究分析两类数据表,并通过编程设计来进行数据导入,较好的解决了临床录入和医学分析对数据模型要求的矛盾。
Abstract:
Abstract:Auricular sound auscultation is very important for the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric pulmonary diseases. In order to find a correlation between pediatric pulmonary disease syndrome and pediatric pathological lung sound in clinical lung sound research, a large number of clinical lung sound case collection and analysis are needed. In this paper, a case management system for pediatric pulmonary disease syndrome was designed to manage clinical case data with quantitative differences. Through the system, 222 cases of data were collected and analyzed by two digital stethoscopes in Shanghai and Shenyang. Because different medical units have great differences in questionnaires or scales for case studies, this paper designs two types of data sheets for data collection and clinical research analysis, and introduces data through programming to better solve clinical entry and medicine. Analyze the contradictions required by the data model.
