摘要:
目的 比较腹股沟疝无张力修补术与腹腔镜下腹膜前腹股沟疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的效果。方法 选取2018年5月~2019年5月我院接诊的106例腹股沟疝患者，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各53例。对照组采用腹股沟疝无张力修补术，观察组采用腹腔镜下腹膜前腹股沟疝修补术，比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、VAS评分、术后肛门排气时间、并发症发生率以及复发率。结果 观察组手术时间（50.31±2.89）min长于对照组（42.11±2.69）min，术中出血量（19.51±4.51）ml、VAS评分（2.11±0.34）分、术后肛门排气时间（1.55±0.37）h均低于对照组的（25.88±4.81）ml、（4.82±1.10）分、（3.26±0.64）h，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率（7.54%）低于对照组（16.98%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；随访2个月，观察组复发率（1.89%），与对照组（5.67%）比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 腹腔镜下腹膜前腹股沟疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝疗效确切，对患者创伤小，术后恢复快，减轻了患者术后疼痛。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To compare the effect of tension-free inguinal hernia repair and laparoscopic peritoneal inguinal hernia repair for inguinal hernia.Methods A total of 106 patients with inguinal hernia who were admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 53 cases in each group. In the control group, the inguinal hernia was repaired without tension. The observation group was treated with laparoscopic anterior peritoneal inguinal hernia. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, VAS score, postoperative anal exhaust time, complication rate and recurrence were compared between the two groups rate.Results he operation time of the observation group (50.31±2.89) min was longer than that of the control group (42.11±2.69) min, intraoperative blood loss (19.51±4.51) ml, VAS score (2.11±0.34), postoperative anal exhaust time (1.55±0.37) h was lower than the control group (25.88±4.81) ml, (4.82±1.10),(3.26±0.64) h, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the incidence of complications in the observation group (7.54%), Lower than the control group (16.98%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The follow-up period of 2 months, the recurrence rate of the observation group (1.89%), compared with the control group (5.67%), the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic pre-peritoneal inguinal hernia repair is effective in the treatment of inguinal hernia. It has less trauma to the patient and quick recovery after operation, which reduces postoperative pain.
