摘要:
目的 探讨麻醉护士岗位胜任力的主要内容,为麻醉护士的选拔、培训、评估、绩效考核与管理提供参考。方法 于2019年6月~7月检索中国知网(CNKI)收录的关于麻醉护士岗位胜任力指标研究的相关文献并进行一级指标聚类,构建麻醉护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系。结果 涉及麻醉护士岗位胜任力指标体系研究的文献共8篇,其一级指标聚类情况为:技能8篇,知识7篇,专业发展能力3篇,管理能力3篇,沟通协调能力3篇,评判性思维能力3篇,教学科研能力3篇,情感、风险控制、应变能力、个体特质、个体隐形特质各1篇。结论 麻醉护士岗位胜任力主要内容基本一致,但麻醉护士岗位胜任力研究尚未达成共识,麻醉护士岗位胜任力研究与评价力度需加强。构建麻醉护士岗位胜任力一级指标体系需包括麻醉和护理基础知识、麻醉和护理基本技能、批判性思维能力、护理管理能力、教学科研能力、专业发展能力,建议中华护理学会联合麻醉学会及临床医师学会共同制订麻醉护士的岗位胜任力评估指标体系,以便更好地指导麻醉护士的选拔、评估、培训、考核。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To explore the main content of anesthesia nurses' post competence, and to provide reference for the selection, training, evaluation, performance appraisal and management of anesthesia nurses. Methods From June to July 2019, the relevant literatures on the research on the competency indicators of anesthesia nurses collected by China Knowledge Network (CNKI) were searched and the first-level indicators were clustered to construct an evaluation index system for anesthesia nurses. Results Refer to 8 articles on the research on the competency index system of anesthesia nurses. The clustering of the first-level indicators is 8 articles of skills, 7 articles of knowledge, 3 articles of professional development ability, 3 articles of management skills, 3 articles of communication and coordination skills, 3 articles of thinking abilities, 3 articles of teaching and research abilities and 1 article for emotion, risk control, resilience, individual traits and individual invisible traits.Conclusion The main content of anesthesia nurses' competency is basically the same, but the research on the competency of anesthesia nurses has not reached consensus, and the research and evaluation of anesthesia nurses' post competency needs to be strengthened. The first-level indicator system for constructing anesthesia nurses' post competency needs to include basic knowledge of anesthesia and nursing, basic skills of anesthesia and nursing, critical thinking ability, nursing management ability, teaching and research ability, professional development ability, and recommendation of the Chinese Nursing Association Joint Anesthesiology Society and Clinical The Physician Society jointly develops an anesthesia nurse's post competency assessment index system to better guide the selection, evaluation, training and assessment of anesthesia nurses.
