摘要:
医药卫生查新工作在医药科研管理中发挥着重要作用，而查新人员的胜任力决定着查新报告的质量。本文从岗位胜任力角度出发，结合自身工作经验，从岗位胜任力模型中的知识结构、能力素养、个性特质三个方面探讨提高医药卫生查新人员能力的路径，以期提高医药查新服务质量，更好地为医药科研管理部门提供科学的参考依据。
Abstract:
Abstract：The medical and health search work plays an important role in the management of medical research, and the competency of the new personnel determines the quality of the new report. From the perspective of post competence, combined with its own work experience, this paper explores the path of improving the ability of medical and health inspectors from the three aspects of knowledge structure, ability literacy and personality traits in the post competency model, in order to improve the quality of medical search services. Better provide scientific reference for medical research management departments.
