摘要:
目的 观察冠心病合并左心功能不全患者应用介入治疗的效果及预后。方法 选取2017年6月~2018年12月我院收治的冠心病合并左心功能不全患者146例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和介入组，各73例。对照组采用常规药物方法干预，介入组采用药物联合介入治疗方法干预，比较两组患者术后心功能指标、3个月后生活质量评分情况及护理满意度。结果 两组治疗后左心室舒张末内径及左心室收缩末内径均较治疗前降低，且介入组低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组左室射血分数均较治疗前增加，且介入组优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；介入组术后3个月的病情恢复、生活自理能力、心理情绪健康及总体状况评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；介入组治疗满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对冠心病合并左心功能不全患者，应用介入治疗辅以药物，可有效恢复心功能，安全性高，可延长患者生命，提高患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To observe the effect and prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with left ventricular dysfunction. Methods A total of 146 patients with coronary heart disease and left ventricular dysfunction admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, 73 cases each. The control group was treated with conventional drug intervention. The intervention group was treated with drug and interventional therapy. The postoperative cardiac function index, the quality of life score after 3 months and the satisfaction of nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular end-systolic diameter were lower than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The left ventricular ejection fraction of the two groups was increased compared with that before treatment, and the intervention group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The disease recovery, self-care ability and psychological emotion of the intervention group were 3 months after operation. The health and overall status scores were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the intervention group treatment satisfaction was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with coronary heart disease and left ventricular dysfunction, the use of interventional therapy supplemented with drugs can effectively restore heart function, high safety, prolong patient life and improve patients' quality of life.
