摘要:
目的 比较内镜辅助小骨窗开颅血肿清除术与常规开颅血肿清除手术治疗脑出血的效果。方法 选择我院2015年4月~2018年4月收治的脑出血患者80例,依据手术方法分为对照组和观察组,各40例,对照组采用常规开颅血肿清除手术,观察组采用内镜辅助小骨窗开颅血肿清除术,比较两组临床疗效、脑意识障碍、手术时间、术中出血量并发症发生情况。结果 观察组治疗有效率为82.50%,高于对照组的67.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后意识恢复效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、手术出血量均少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 脑出血患者接受内镜辅助小骨窗开颅血肿清除术治疗能够提升治疗效果,降低并发症发生率,有效促进患者意识恢复,进一步改善患者预后效果。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To compare the effect of endoscopic assisted small bone window craniotomy and conventional craniotomy for cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 80 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to April 2018 were enrolled. According to the surgical method, 40 patients in each group were included in the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with conventional craniotomy. Mirror-assisted small bone window craniotomy hematoma removal, compare the clinical efficacy, brain consciousness disorder, operation time, intraoperative blood loss complications. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 82.50%, which was higher than that of the control group 67.50%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The recovery effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The observation time and surgical bleeding volume of the observation group were less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the postoperative complication rate was 10.00% in the observation group, which was lower than the control group's 30.00%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Endoscopically assisted small bone window craniotomy hematoma evacuation in patients with cerebral hemorrhage can improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the incidence of complications, effectively promote the recovery of patient consciousness, and further improve the prognosis of patients.
