摘要:
目的 调查分析某院一年间住院患者微生物标本送检及抗菌药物使用情况。方法 选取某医院2018年1月1日~12月26日共计31161例住院患者,分析该院标本送检类型及病原菌的分类、抗菌药物治疗前微生物标本送检率、抗菌药物使用情况。结果 该院住院患者送检标本中痰(39.85%)、血(25.58%)、尿(19.40%)标本占比居前三位,无菌部位标本占50.12%;住院患者抗菌药物使用率为47.56%,达到相关要求,但抗菌药物使用前微生物标本送检率为21.23%,非限制级、限制级、特殊级抗菌药物使用前微生物标本送检率分别为25.08%、30.38%、32.13%,低于管理要求。结论 该院应加强病原学送检培训教育与考核及送检标本的质量控制,提高送检率。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To investigate and analyze the microbial specimens and the use of antibiotics in hospitalized patients in a hospital during the year. Methods A total of 31,161 inpatients were selected from January 1 to December 26, 2018. The type of specimens and the classification of pathogens, the rate of microbial specimens before antimicrobial treatment, and the use of antibiotics were analyzed. Results Among the hospitalized patients, the specimens of sputum (39.85%), blood (25.58%) and urine (19.40%) accounted for the top three, and the sterile specimens accounted for 50.12%; the inpatients' antibacterial use rate was 47.56%, the relevant requirements were met, but the rate of microbial specimens before the use of antibacterial drugs was 21.23%. The rate of microbial specimens before use of non-restricted, restricted and special grade antibiotics was 25.08%, 30.38%, 32.13%, respectively. In management requirements. Conclusion The hospital should strengthen the quality control of the training and assessment of pathogens and the inspection and inspection of specimens, and improve the rate of inspection.
