摘要:
目的 观察参芪益心汤治疗射血分数正常慢性充血性心力衰竭的效果。方法 选取2018年2月~2019年2月在我院诊治的射血分数正常慢性充血性心力衰竭患者140例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各70例。对照组采用常规抗心衰治疗，观察组在对照组基础上采用参芪益心汤，比较两组临床治疗总有效率、治疗前后心脏功能指标及不良反应。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为92.85%，高于对照组的75.71%（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组舒张早期和晚期充盈速度比（E/A）、左室射血分数（LVEF）、左室短轴缩短率（FS）、高峰射血率（PER）、高峰射血时间（TPER）均较治疗前改善，且观察组优于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗期间两组血常规、肝肾功能未见明显异常。结论 参芪益心汤可改善疗射血分数正常慢性充血性心力衰竭患者左心室收缩功能，且用药相对安全，效果确切，值得临床借鉴。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of Shenqi Yixin Decoction on the treatment of normal chronic congestive heart failure with ejection fraction. Methods A total of 140 patients with normal ejection of chronic congestive heart failure who were treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were enrolled. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table, 70 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional anti-heart failure. The observation group was treated with Shenqi Yixin Decoction on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate of the two groups, the cardiac function indexes and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.85%, which was higher than that of the control group 75.71%(P<0.05). The ratio of early and late stage of filling (E/A) and left ventricular effusion after treatment. The blood score (LVEF), left ventricular short axis shortening rate (FS), peak ejection rate (PER), and peak ejection time (TPER) were all improved compared with before treatment, and the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05); no obvious abnormalities in blood routine and liver and kidney function were observed during the treatment.Conclusion Shenqi Yixin Decoction can improve the left ventricular systolic function in patients with normal blood-staining heart failure and normal congestive heart failure, and the drug is relatively safe and effective. It is worthy of clinical reference.
