摘要:
目的 探讨卓越医生培养计划的妇产科学教学改革模式。方法 采用病例对照研究方法,选取2016年9月~2017年7月我校卓越1301班(60名)为实验组,随机选取临床1382班(57名)为对照组。实验组采用器官系统整合+PBL教学模式;对照组采用传统教学模式。对两组的期末、毕业临床综合、实践考核成绩及评判性思维能力进行比较。结果 实验组期末成绩主观题和总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的毕业临床综合成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组实践考核成绩和总分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组评判性思维比较结果显示在求知欲、分析能力、开放思想、评判性思维自信心方面实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于“卓越医生培养计划”的妇产科学教学改革取得了一定的成效,然而地方医学院校五年制卓越医生培养是一项长期而艰巨的任务,尚需要在今后的教学工作中及时总结并进一步改进,深入探索新的改革经验。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the teaching reform model of obstetrics and gynaecology for the excellence doctor training program. Methods A case-control study was conducted. From September 2016 to July 2017, 1301 classes (60 students) were selected as the experimental group, and 1382 classes (57 patients) were randomly selected as the control group. The experimental group used the organ system integration + PBL teaching mode; the control group used the traditional teaching mode. The two groups were compared at the end of the period, graduation clinical synthesis, practical assessment results and critical thinking ability. Results The subjective and total scores of the experimental group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the graduation comprehensive results between the two groups (P>0.05). The experimental group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The comparison of the critical thinking between the two groups showed that the experimental group was higher than the control group in terms of curiosity, analytical ability, open mind, and critical thinking self-confidence,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The teaching reform of obstetrics and gynecology based on the "Excellent Doctors Training Program" has achieved certain results. However, the five-year doctoral training of local medical colleges is a long-term and arduous task, which needs to be summarized in the future teaching work. And further improve and explore new reform experiences in depth.
