摘要:
目的 探讨哮喘儿童互联网医疗管理模式的意义。方法 选取哮喘儿童108例，比较其病情严重程度评分（ASS）、误学、误工的天数及诊疗花费。结果 入组哮喘儿童在3个月时，ASS得分与入组时比较无明显差别（P＞0.05），6个月、9个月、1年后哮喘儿童ASS得分较入组时得分下降，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01或P＜0.001）。入组哮喘儿童急诊就医次数、误学误工天数及医疗费较入组时明显下降，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01或P＜0.001）。结论 通过互联网医疗对哮喘儿童进行规范化治疗和管理，可以提高临床病情控制率，减少急性发作和急诊就医次数，减少患儿误学及家长误工的天数，降低社会和家庭经济负担。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the significance of Internet medical management mode for children with asthma. Methods 108 children with asthma were selected and their severity of illness (ASS), misunderstanding, lost time and medical expenses were compared. Results At 3 months, the scores of ASS in the children with asthma were not significantly different from those in the group (P>0.05). The scores of ASS in asthmatic children decreased after 6 months, 9 months and 1 year,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01 or P<0.001). The number of emergency medical treatments, the number of missed hours and medical expenses for children with asthma were significantly lower than those of the group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01 or P<0.001). Conclusion Standardized treatment and management of children with asthma through Internet medical treatment can improve the clinical control rate, reduce the number of acute attacks and emergency medical treatment, reduce the number of days of misunderstanding and parental loss of work, and reduce the social and family financial burden.
