摘要:
目的 观察寻常型银屑病患者的前瞻记忆功能，探讨其前瞻记忆的特点及可能机制。方法 选取我院收治的寻常型银屑病患者32例作为寻常型银屑病组，同时选取我院性别、年龄、教育年限相匹配的32例健康人员作为对照组，对两组进行前瞻记忆检测并比较，包括基于事件前瞻记忆（EBPM）和基于时间前瞻记忆（TBPM）。结果 寻常型银屑病组EBPM评分、TBPM评分分别为（3.44±0.95）分、（3.06±0.91）分，低于对照组的（3.94±0.91）分、（3.86±0.77）分，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 寻常型银屑病患者的EBPM和TBPM前瞻记忆功能均存在障碍，但尚需进一步研究银屑病患者其他认知功能是否也存在损害。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the prospective memory function of patients with psoriasis vulgaris and to explore the characteristics and possible mechanisms of prospective memory. Methods 32 patients with psoriasis vulgaris admitted to our hospital were selected as the psoriasis vulgaris group. 32 healthy people with gender, age and education years were selected as the control group. And compared, including event-based prospective memory (EBPM) and time-based prospective memory (TBPM). Results The EBPM score and TBPM score of the psoriasis vulgaris group were (3.44±0.95) and (3.06±0.91), respectively, which were lower than those of the control group (3.94±0.91) and (3.86±0.77),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion There are obstacles to the prospective memory function of EBPM and TBPM in patients with psoriasis vulgaris. However, it is necessary to further study whether other cognitive functions of patients with psoriasis are also damaged.
