摘要:
目的 通过对辽阳市文圣区2015~2017年法定报告传染病的发病数据和流行情况进行分析,为调整传染病防制策略和有效降低传染病发病率提供相关依据。方法 利用中国传染病报告系统数据,回顾性描述性辽阳市文圣区2015~2017年法定传染病的发病概况、流行特征。结果 2015~2017年辽阳市文圣区报告法定传染病17种,共1146例,死亡4例,发病率为27.92/10万,死亡率为0.10/10万,死亡病例占传染病发病总数的0.35%。发病例数居前5位的病种为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、其它感染性腹泻、手足口等。结论 文圣区传染病总体发病率较低,目前病毒性肝炎、肺结核、性传播疾病及肠道传染病是全区主要传染病,威胁着辖区内人民健康,应针对重点疾病流行特点,调整综合性防治措施,有效降低传染病发病率。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the incidence data and epidemic situation of infectious diseases in the Wensheng District of Liaoyang City from 2015 to 2017, and provide relevant evidence for adjusting the prevention strategy of infectious diseases and effectively reducing the incidence of infectious diseases. Methods Using the data of the Chinese infectious disease reporting system, the epidemiological characteristics and epidemiological characteristics of legal infectious diseases in the Wensheng District of Liaoyang City from 2015 to 2017 were retrospectively described. Results From 2015 to 2017, Wensheng District of Liaoyang City reported 17 kinds of legal infectious diseases, including 1146 cases and 4 deaths. The incidence rate was 27.92/100,000, the mortality rate is 0.10/100,000, deaths accounted for 0.35% of the total number of infectious diseases. The top 5 disease cases were viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, syphilis, other infectious diarrhea, hand, foot and mouth. Conclusion The overall incidence of infectious diseases in Wensheng District is low. At present, viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, sexually transmitted diseases and intestinal infectious diseases are the main infectious diseases in the region, threatening the health of people in their respective jurisdictions. Sexual control measures to effectively reduce the incidence of infectious diseases.
