摘要:
在医院6S管理过程中，为了解决遇到的实际问题，符合医院院感检查，实现信息化管理，提高医院信息化建设水平，决定基于草料二维码管理平台，我院将6S管理中所用到的标识、标签、点检表等管理工具转换为二维码，利用移动终端设备完成扫码及读取内容。该方法解决了一些实际问题，提高了6S管理的工作效率，有利于提升医院综合管理水平。
Abstract:
In the process of hospital 6S management, in order to solve the actual problems encountered, in line with hospital hospitality inspection, realize information management, improve the level of hospital information construction, and decide on the two-dimensional code management platform based on forage, which will be used in 6S management. The management tools such as logos, labels, and checklists are converted into two-dimensional codes, and the mobile terminal device is used to complete the scanning and reading of the content. The method solves some practical problems, improves the work efficiency of 6S management, and is conducive to improving the overall management level of the hospital.
