摘要:
类风湿关节炎(RA)的骨破坏是导致RA患者生活质量下降的重要病理因素,几乎伴随着RA的始末,发病隐秘,预后较差。常规的免疫抑制剂、激素等疗效有限,患者经济负担重,且伴有较明显的副作用。近年来的研究报道表明,中医中药对延缓类风湿关节炎骨破坏有着较好疗效。本文对中药延缓类风湿关节炎骨破坏的研究进展进行综述,为临床和科研提供一定的参考。
Abstract:
The bone destruction of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an important pathological factor leading to the decline of quality of life in RA patients, almost accompanied by the beginning and end of RA, the pathogenesis is secret, and the prognosis is poor. Conventional immunosuppressive agents, hormones, etc. have limited efficacy, and the patient has a heavy economic burden with obvious side effects. Recent studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine has a good effect on delaying bone destruction of rheumatoid arthritis. This article reviews the research progress of Chinese medicine in delaying bone destruction of rheumatoid arthritis, and provides some reference for clinical and scientific research.
