摘要:
目的 根据基层医院医务人员手卫生现状调查结果,建立切实可行的手卫生干预对策,提高医务人员手卫生知识知晓率、依从性及洗手方法的正确率。方法 通过对我院102名医务人员手卫生现状进行调查,根据调查结果进行综合性干预,比较干预前后医务人员手卫生知识问卷得分、依从性及洗手方法正确率。结果 干预后医务人员手卫生知识知问卷得分高于干预前[(89.14±6.86) 分vs (58.31±7.36)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后医务人员手卫生依从率、洗手方法正确率均高于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前后医生、护士、医技3类群体的依从率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),护士群体的依从性最好。结论 基层医院医务人员手卫生现状不容乐观,手卫生依从率和洗手方法正确率较低,医院必须采取有效的综合性干预措施,防止医院感染的发生。
Abstract:
Objective To establish a feasible hand hygiene intervention strategy based on the survey results of the health status of medical staff in primary hospitals, and to improve the awareness rate, compliance and correctness of hand washing methods for medical staff. Methods Through the investigation of the current health status of 102 medical staff in our hospital, comprehensive intervention was conducted according to the survey results, and the scores, compliance and correctness of hand washing methods of medical staff's hand hygiene knowledge questionnaire before and after intervention were compared.Results After the intervention, the questionnaire scores of medical staff's hand hygiene knowledge were higher than those before intervention (89.14±6.86 vs 58.3±17.36),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After intervention, the compliance rate of hand hygiene and the correct rate of hand washing method were higher than those before intervention,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The compliance rates of doctors, nurses, and medical technology groups before and after intervention were statistically significant (P<0.05), and nurses' group compliance was the best. Conclusion The current status of medical staff in primary hospitals is not optimistic. The hand hygiene compliance rate and the correct rate of hand washing methods are low. The hospital must take effective and comprehensive intervention measures to prevent hospital infections.
