摘要:
目的 比较《实用放射学杂志》与《中华放射学杂志》的文章发表时滞（DPA），为提升《实用放射学杂志》的办刊质量和学术水平提供有益借鉴。方法 利用万方数据库并结合纸质版期刊，分别检索《实用放射学杂志》与《中华放射学杂志》2013年1~12期所刊载文章，比较两刊所有纳入文章的DPA及平均DPA。结果 《实用放射学杂志》所有文章的平均DPA为（275.53±68.04）d，181~360 d占比最高为82.85%。《中华放射学杂志》所有文章的平均DPA为（225.04±69.93）d，181~360 d占比最高为71.57%。结论 DPA是衡量期刊时效性的重要指标，过长的DPA会严重影响期刊时效性。《实用放射学杂志》应优化稿件处理流程，加快稿件审理速度，提高文章编辑效率，尽量缩短文章DPA。
Abstract:
Objective To compare the publication time lag (DPA) of Journal of Practical Radiology and Chinese Journal of Radiology, and to provide useful reference for improving the quality and academic level of Journal of Practical Radiology.Methods Using Wanfang database combined with paper-based journals, the articles published in Journal of Practical Radiology and Chinese Journal of Radiology from January to December 2013 were compared to compare the DPA and the average DPA of all the articles in the two journals. Results The average DPA of all articles in the Journal of Practical Radiology was (275.53±68.04) d,and the highest proportion of 181~360 d was 82.85%. The average DPA of all articles in the Chinese Journal of Radiology was (225.04±69.93) d, and the highest proportion of 181~360 d was 71.57%.Conclusion DPA is an important indicator for measuring the timeliness of journals. Excessive DPA will seriously affect the timeliness of journals. The Journal of Practical Radiology should optimize the manuscript processing process, speed up the manuscript processing, improve the efficiency of article editing, and minimize the article DPA.
