摘要:
2型糖尿病（T2DM）患病率居高不下，并且情绪障碍的发病率亦高于非糖尿病人群，主要以焦虑、抑郁障碍为主。T2DM患者发生情绪障碍的危险因素很多，性别、年龄、并发症的发生及婚姻家庭状况都会增加发生情绪障碍。同时随着病程的延长，很多糖尿病与情绪障碍间相互影响，存在一定关联，对患者生存质量造成较大影响，并且情绪障碍也会导致血糖的控制不佳、心血管方面的病变的危险性增加，对患者的健康造成极大的危险。目前对T2DM并发焦虑或抑郁的治疗主要以健康教育及心理干预，同时辅以药物治疗，但其统一与规范尚待进一步完善。本文将对T2DM合并焦虑抑郁状况展开综述。
Abstract:
With the progress of globalization, the prevalence of type 2 diabetes (T2DM) remains high, and the incidence of mood disorders is higher than that of non-diabetic people, mainly due to anxiety and depression. There are many risk factors for mood disorders in T2DM patients. Gender, age, complications, and marital and family status all increase emotional disorders. At the same time, with the prolongation of the disease course, many diabetes and emotional disorders interact with each other, which has a certain correlation, which has a great impact on the quality of life of patients, and emotional disorders can also lead to poor control of blood glucose and increased risk of cardiovascular diseases,posing a great danger to the health of patients. At present, the treatment of T2DM with anxiety or depression is mainly based on health education and psychological intervention, supplemented by drug treatment, but its unity and regulation still need to be further improved. This article will review the T2DM combined with anxiety and depression.
