摘要:
目的 采用PDCA质量管理工具,进行降低住院患者抗菌药物使用率及使用强度的实践研究。方法 对我院住院患者抗菌药物使用率和使用强度进行统计分析,采取头脑风暴法找出存在问题的原因,采用柏拉图分析法找出主要原因,然后制定措施对主要原因进行干预,统计干预后的效果并进行对比分析。结果 抗菌药物使用率、使用强度均值分别从干预前的29.49%、10.55DDDs下降到干预后的24.62%、6.92DDDs。结论 PDCA质量管理工具对降低抗菌药物的使用率和使用强度具有良好的实用价值。建议在使用时根据实际情况分阶段合理设置目标值,可以更好进行效果评价。
Abstract:
Objective To study the use of PDCA quality management tools to reduce the use rate and intensity of antibiotics in hospitalized patients. Methods Statistical analysis was carried out on the use rate and intensity of antibiotics in hospitalized patients in our hospital. Brainstorming was used to find out the cause of the problem. Platonic analysis was used to find out the main reasons. Then, measures were taken to intervene the main causes. After the statistical intervention. The effect is compared and analyzed. Results The average rate of antibiotic use and intensity of use decreased from 29.49% and 10.55 DDDs before intervention to 24.62% and 6.92 DDDs after intervention. Conclusion PDCA quality management tools have good practical value for reducing the use rate and intensity of antibacterial drugs. It is recommended to set the target value reasonably according to the actual situation at the time of use, which can better evaluate the effect.
