摘要:
医院职能部门通过信息化管理手段进行管理，采用C/S架构，研发了针对职能部门目标任务的全程可追溯管理系统。本文简单介绍了此系统的各功能模块及应用效果。此系统针对医院职能部门目标管理工作，系统实施后有效提高职能部门工作效率，实现了对职能部门目标任务的全程可追溯管理，为考评工作提供客观依据，对医院职能部门的目标管理评价提供数据支撑。
Abstract:
The hospital functional department manages through information management means, adopts the C/S framework, and develops a full traceability management system for the functional tasks of the functional departments. This article briefly introduces the various functional modules and application effects of this system. This system is aimed at the target management of hospital functional departments. After the implementation of the system, it effectively improves the work efficiency of the functional departments, realizes the full traceability management of the functional tasks, provides an objective basis for the evaluation work, and provide data support for the evaluation of target management of hospital functional departments.
