摘要:
针对齿科行业纯钛义齿支架的低成本高精度制造,设计了一种小型真空差压式纯钛铸造装置,介绍了义齿支架铸造装置的真空差压式的铸造原理、紧凑可靠的铸造室结构、全自动控制的铸造工艺等。以期实现纯钛义齿支架的高精度制造,为复杂结构齿科类薄壁零件提供一种高效的加工方式。
Abstract:
Aiming at the low cost and high precision manufacturing of pure titanium denture bracket in dental industry, a small vacuum differential pressure pure titanium casting device was designed. The vacuum differential pressure casting principle of the denture bracket casting device, the compact and reliable casting chamber structure, and the fully automatic casting process are introduced.In order to achieve high-precision manufacturing of pure titanium denture brackets, it provides an efficient processing method for complex structural dental thin-walled parts.
