摘要:
志愿者服务是将社会关怀和人文精神引入到医疗行为中，意在构成和谐的医患关系。边疆地区医务志愿服务仍在不断的探索和实践中，新疆某三甲医院借鉴北京大学人民医院医务志愿者管理经验，广泛开展本土医务志愿者服务，但工作中还存在一系列亟待解决的问题。本文通过对新疆某三甲医院医务志愿者服务状况进行调查分析，分享边疆地区医务志愿服务的实践经验，发现存在的问题并提出对策和建议。
Abstract:
Volunteer service is to introduce social care and humanistic spirit into medical behavior, which is intended to constitute a harmonious doctor-patient relationship. The medical volunteer service in the border areas is still being explored and time. A top three hospital in Xinjiang draws on the experience of medical volunteer management of Peking University People's Hospital and extensively conducts local medical volunteer services. However, there are still a series of problems to be solved in the work. This paper investigates and analyzes the service status of medical volunteers in a top three hospitals in Xinjiang, and shares the practical experience of medical volunteer services in the border areas. It finds problems and proposes countermeasures and suggestions.
