摘要:
目的 探讨糖尿病护理小组在糖尿病患者护理中的作用。方法 选取2017年4月~2019年7月我院收治的糖尿病患者80例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，每组40例。对照组给予常规护理，研究组给予糖尿病护理小组干预护理，比较两组血糖水平、自我管理能力、住院费用、住院时间、并发症总发生率。结果 护理后，研究组餐后2h血糖、空腹血糖低于对照组[（15.31±2.95）mmol/L vs（16.82±3.27）mmol/L]、[（6.87±1.20）mmol/L vs（7.51±1.21）mmol/L]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组定期检查、锻炼、血糖监测、服药、饮食控制评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组并发症总发生率为7.50%，低于对照组的35.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组住院时间、住院费用低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论糖尿病护理小组可提升糖尿病患者疾病知识掌握率，控制稳定血糖，辅助性提升糖尿病治疗疗效，促进疾病康复，缩短住院时间，降低并发症。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the role of the diabetes care team in the care of patients with diabetes.Methods 80 patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to July 2019 were enrolled. The patients were divided into the control group and the study group by random number table, 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care. The study group was given a diabetes care team intervention to compare the blood glucose level, self-management ability, hospitalization expenses, hospitalization time, and total incidence of complications.Results After nursing, the blood glucose and fasting blood glucose of the study group were lower than that of the control group at 2 h after meal ([15.31±2.95) mmol/L vs (16.82±3.27) mmol/L], [(6.87±1.20) mmol/L vs (7.51± 1.21)mmol/L], the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The study group's regular examination, exercise, blood glucose monitoring, medication, and diet control scores were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the study group was 7.50%, which was lower than that of the control group 35.00%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The diabetes care team can improve the knowledge of disease in diabetic patients, control the stable blood sugar, and can improve the therapeutic effect of diabetes, promote disease recovery, shorten hospital stay and reduce complications.
