摘要:
目的 探讨急性脑梗死患者血清中超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、高迁移率族蛋白(HMGB1)水平变化与脑梗死体积的关系。方法 选取2017年1月~2019年1月我院收治的急性脑梗死患者40例,根据梗死体积分为急性脑梗死A组(体积<5 cm3)和急性脑梗死B组(体积>5 cm3),各20例,选取同期我院体检健康者康20例设为对照组。比较各组入院后第2、4、7天血清中hs-CRP和HGMB1水平。结果 急性脑梗死组入院后第2、4、7天血清中hs-CRP和HGMB1水平均高于对照组,且B组高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 急性脑梗死患者血清中hs-CRP和HGMB1水平均升高,且随脑梗死体积增大而升高,监测其水平可判断疾病预后。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (Hs-CRP) and high-mobility group protein (HMGB1) and the volume of cerebral infarction in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 40 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were divided into acute cerebral infarction group A (volume <5 cm3) and acute cerebral infarction group B (volume>5 cm3).In each of the 20 cases, 20 cases of healthy people in our hospital were selected as the control group. Serum hs-CRP and HGMB1 levels were compared on days 2, 4, and 7 after admission.Result The levels of serum Hs-CRP and HGMB1 in acute cerebral infarction group were higher than those in control group on the 2nd, 4th and 7th day after admission, and the levels in group B were higher than those in group A, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of Hs-CRP and HGMB1 in patients with acute cerebral infarction increase, and increase with the increase of cerebral infarction volume. Monitoring the level can judge the prognosis of the disease.
