摘要:
目的 了解我院就诊人群预约挂号的特点,分析预约挂号率低的原因并提出改进措施,以提高预约诊疗服务质量。方法 通过方便抽样的方法,采用自行设计的调查问卷对2018年9月~12月在我院门诊就诊的550例患者预约挂号知晓情况和使用情况进行现场调查。结果 546例患者中采用预约挂号方式为158例(28.94%),现场挂号388例(71.06%),采用现场挂号的原因前3位为不知晓医院预约方式(48.45%)、不会操作预约流程选择现场挂号(25.26%)、习惯现场挂号(12.37%)。结论 目前我院预约挂号应用不广泛,建议医院加大社会宣传力度,提高患者对预约的认识,改变患者传统的就医习惯,改进预约挂号流程,严格管理医师出诊情况,制定预约诊疗绩效管理制度等措施,提高医生对预约就诊的重视,提高预约诊疗服务的品质。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the characteristics of appointment registration in our hospital, analyze the reasons for the low registration rate and propose improvement measures to improve the quality of appointment services. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct on-the-spot investigations on the status and usage of 550 patients who were admitted to our outpatient clinic from September to December 2018 by means of a convenient sampling method.Results Among the 546 patients, 158 (28.94%) were registered by appointment, and 388 (71.06%) were registered on site. The top 3 reasons for using the registration on site were that they did not know the hospital reservation method (48.45%). On-site registration (25.26%), custom site registration (12.37%). Conclusion At present, the application of appointment registration in our hospital is not extensive. It is recommended that the hospital increase the publicity of the society, improve the patient's understanding of the appointment, change the traditional medical habits of the patient, improve the appointment registration process, strictly manage the doctor's visit, and formulate the appointment management performance management system. Measures to improve doctors' attention to appointments and improve the quality of appointments.
