摘要:
目的 分析三段式康复教育模式在维持性血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法 选择2018年2月~2019年2月在我院行维持性血液透析的患者86例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用三段式康复教育模式,比较两组干预后疾病健康知识(血液透析原理、用药知识、饮食原则、血管通路护理)水平、生活质量评分(心理状态、社会功能、躯体功能、活力)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)水平。结果 干预后观察组疾病健康知识评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Scr、BUN均低于对照组,Hb高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 维持性血液透析患者应用三段式健康教育模式,可促进患者对疾病相关知识的掌握,改善患者生活质量,促进肾功能的保护。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the application effect of three-stage rehabilitation education mode in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods 86 patients who underwent maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing. The observation group used a three-stage rehabilitation education model on the basis of the control group. The disease health knowledge (hemodialysis principle, medication knowledge, dietary principles, vascular access care) and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups. Mental state, social function, physical function, vitality), the level of hemoglobin (Hb), serum creatinine (Scr) and urea nitrogen (BUN).Results After the intervention, the disease health knowledge score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after intervention,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The Scr and BUN of the observation group were lower than the control group and the Hb was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The three-stage health education model for maintenance hemodialysis patients can promote the mastery of disease-related knowledge, improve the quality of life of patients, and promote the protection of renal function.
