摘要:
肌肉骨骼系统疾病主要包括下腰痛、骨关节炎、骨质疏松症、类风湿关节炎、强直性脊柱炎、职业性肌肉骨骼疾患，以及慢性广泛性疼痛等常见引起残疾的疾病，严重影响人们的生活质量。鉴于此，我国中共中央、国务院于2016年10月25日印发并实施的《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》提出了“体医融合”肌肉骨骼系统康复服务体系的构建，并对体医融合的健康服务模式和疾病管理模式进行广泛的摸索，至今已形成较为健全的“体医融合”肌肉骨骼系统康复服务体系，尤其是体育与卫生的相互合作，有助于实现全面的全民健康教育和健身活动，为实现人民健康水平和体质的提高奠定了基础。本文主要从ICF理念下“体医融合”肌肉骨骼系统康复服务体系构建的沿革、关系、方式、途径、效果评价分析等进行论述，旨在研究该服务体系的构建及应用。
Abstract:
Musculoskeletal system diseases mainly include low back pain, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, occupational Muskoskeletal diseases, as well as chronic extensive pain and other common disability diseases, which seriously affect peopleundefineds quality of life. In view of this, The outline of healthy China 2030 program issued and implemented by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on October 25, 2016 proposed the construction of the musculoskeletal system rehabilitation service system of "combination of physical and medical care", and has carried on the extensive exploration to the health service mode and the disease management mode of the combination of body and medicine. So far, it has formed a more perfect "Body medicine fusion" muscle and bone system rehabilitation service system, especially the mutual cooperation between sports and health, which is helpful to realize the comprehensive health education and fitness activities for the whole people. It lays a foundation for the improvement of peopleundefineds health level and physique. This paper mainly discusses the evolution, relationship, mode, way, effect evaluation and analysis of the rehabilitation service system of "Body medicine fusion" muscle and bone system under the concept of ICF, in order to study the construction and application of the service system.
