摘要:
目的 通过对2018年贵州省粮食及其制品致食源性疾病病例监测结果的分析,掌握因粮食及其制品致食源性疾病的基本情况,为今后的防控工作提供有针对的参考依据。方法 通过“食源性疾病监测报告系统”搜集2018年贵州省网报病例,筛选出致病食物分类为粮食及其制品的病例信息,并进行统计分析。 结果 2018年贵州省累计上报致病食物为粮食及其制品的病例共2261例,完成相应的腹泻标本228例,检出阳性菌27株,总阳性检出率为11.84%;8~11月份为发病高峰,20~59岁、农民为高发病人群,遵义市报告病例最多。进食的可疑食品主要为粮食及其制品中的米饭,加工方式主要以家庭自制为主,其次为餐饮服务业;临床症状主要以消化系统为主,主要致病因子为沙门氏菌,其次为诺如病毒。结论 加强哨点医院的建设和有关部门的协调,提高监测敏感性;做到有针对的宣传,普及民众对于粮食及其制品食品卫生安全的认识,尤其是高危粮食及其制品,减少因粮食及其制品导致的食源性疾病的发生,促进民众健康。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the results of food-borne diseases caused by food and its products in Guizhou Province in 2018, and to grasp the basic situation of food-borne diseases caused by food and its products, and provide a reference for future prevention and control work. Methods Through the "Foodborne Disease Surveillance Reporting System", the cases of online newspapers in Guizhou Province were collected in 2018, and the case information of disease-causing foods classified as food and its products was selected and statistically analyzed. Results In 2018, a total of 2261 cases of food and food products were reported in Guizhou Province, and 228 cases of corresponding diarrhea were completed. 27 positive bacteria were detected, and the total positive detection rate was 11.84%. From August to November, The peak incidence, 20 to 59 years old, farmers are high-risk population, Zunyi City reported the largest number of cases. The suspicious foods that are eaten are mainly rice in food and its products. The processing methods are mainly family-made, followed by the catering service industry; the clinical symptoms are mainly digestive system, the main pathogenic factor is Salmonella, followed by Norovirus. Conclusion Strengthen the construction of sentinel hospitals and coordination of relevant departments to improve monitoring sensitivity; achieve targeted publicity and popularize people's awareness of food hygiene and food safety, especially high-risk food and its products, reduce food and the occurrence of food-borne diseases caused by its products promotes the health of the people.
