摘要:
目的 探讨无抽搐电休克治疗精神分裂症患者的泌乳素、主观舒适度、个人和社会功能的影响。方法 选择2017年6月~2019年5月淮安市第三人民医院收治的60例住院精神分裂症患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各30例。对照组予以抗精神病药物治疗,研究组在药物治疗基础上予以无抽搐电休克治疗,比较两组治疗前后临床疗效、主观舒适度、个人和社会功能、泌乳素。结果 治疗后两组PANSS量表评分、SWN量表评分和PSP量表评分均较治疗前有改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组PANSS量表评分和血清泌乳素水平低于对照组,而SWN量表评分、PSP量表评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 无抽搐电休克治疗精神分裂症有助于提高临床疗效,改善患者主观舒适度、个人和社会功能,减少泌乳素紊乱。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effects of non-convulsive electroconvulsive therapy on prolactin, subjective comfort, personal and social function in patients with schizophrenia. Methods 60 patients with schizophrenia admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Huai'an from June 2017 to May 2019 were randomly divided into study group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with antipsychotic drugs. The study group received no convulsion electroconvulsive therapy on the basis of drug treatment. The clinical efficacy, subjective comfort, personal and social functions, and prolactin were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the PANSS scale, SWN scale and PSP scale scores of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the PANSS scale and serum prolactin levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group, while the SWN scale score and PSP scale score were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of schizophrenia without electroconvulsive convulsions can improve clinical outcomes, improve subjective comfort, personal and social function, and reduce prolactin disorders.
