摘要:
目的 了解广州地区健康成人血清铁蛋白水平,建立本地区血清铁蛋白的正常参考值范围。方法 收集中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院2019年2月~9月参加体检的健康成人286例,男132例、女154例,按照性别、年龄将受检对象分为6组,分别为男、女青年组(18~39 岁),男、女中年组(40~59岁),男、女老年组(≥60 岁)。通过描绘血清铁蛋白水平直方图,应用Kolmogorov-Smirno方法进行正态性检验,对偏态分布的数据通过百分位数法求出双侧95%可信区间作为正常参考值范围。结果 健康成人血清铁蛋白水平呈偏态分布,男性和女性的正常参考值范围分别为50.3~462.3 μg/L和4.5~358.6 μg/L;男性青年、中年、老年的正常参考值范围分别为46.3~450.5 μg/L;56.5~441.3 μg/L;60.8~465.2 μg/L;女性青年、中年、老年的正常参考值范围分别为3.5~209.4 μg/L;4.0~362.5 μg/L;21.0~383.8 μg/L。结论 广州地区健康男性和女性血清铁蛋白的正常参考值范围存在较大差异,且与厂家说明书提供的参考值范围差别较大,各地区、各实验室有必要按性别、年龄建立适合本地区的血清铁蛋白参考值范围。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the serum ferritin levels of healthy adults in Guangzhou area and to establish a range of normal reference values for serum ferritin in this region. Methods The Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University collected 286 healthy adults from February to September 2019. There were 132 males and 154 females. The subjects were divided into 6 groups according to gender and age. They were male and female youth groups ( 18~39 years old), male and female middle-aged group (40~59 years old), male and female elderly group (≥60 years old). By depicting the histogram of serum ferritin levels, the Kolmogorov-Smirno method was used for the normality test, and the data of the skewed distribution was determined by the percentile method to obtain the two-sided 95% confidence interval as the normal reference range.Results Serum ferritin levels in healthy adults are skewed. The normal reference values for males and females are 50.3~462.3 μg/L and 4.5~358.6 μg/L, respectively. The normal reference values for male youth, middle age and old age are 46.3~450.5 μg/L; 56.5~441.3 μg/L; 60.8~465.2 μg/L; the normal reference range of female youth, middle age and old age is 3.5~209.4 μg/L; 4.0~362.5 μg/L; 21.0~ 383.8 μg/L.Conclusion There is a large difference in the range of normal reference values of healthy ferritin in healthy men and women in Guangzhou area, and there is a big difference between the reference range provided by the manufacturer's manual. It is necessary for each region and laboratories to establish a range of reference values for serum ferritin suitable for the area by gender and age.
