摘要:
目的 探讨苦参凝胶联合多西环素胶囊治疗生殖道沙眼衣原体临床效果。方法 选取2017年10月~2019年4月我院收治的122例生殖道沙眼衣原体感染患者，随机分为对照组和试验组，每组61例。对照组施以多西环素胶囊治疗，试验组在对照组基础上施以苦参凝胶治疗，比较两组临床治疗总有效率、病原体清除率及不良反应发生率。结果 试验组的临床治疗总有效率及病原体清除率分别为96.72%与98.36%，高于对照组的85.24%与63.93%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；试验组不良反应发生率为4.92%，低于对照组的16.40%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 苦参凝胶联合多西环素胶囊治疗生殖道沙眼衣原体感染具有良好的临床效果，不仅能够提升治疗果与病原体清除率，同时能够降低不良反应发生率。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Kushen gel combined with doxycycline capsule in the treatment of genital chlamydia infections.Methods A total of 122 patients with genital chlamydia infections admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to April 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 61 cases in each group. The control group was treated with doxycycline capsules. The experimental group was treated with Kushen gel on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate, pathogen clearance rate and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate and pathogen clearance rate of the experimental group were 96.72% and 98.36%, respectively, which was higher than 85.24% and 63.93% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 4.92% was lower than 16.40% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Kushen gel combined with doxycycline capsule has a good clinical effect in the treatment of genital chlamydia infections, which can not only improve the treatment of pathogens and pathogen clearance, but also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
