摘要:
目的 观察丙泊酚、枸橼酸舒芬太尼联合米索前列醇用于无痛人流术的临床效果。方法 选择2018年5月~2019年7月在我院行无痛人流术患者78例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组采用丙泊酚、枸橼酸舒芬太尼麻醉,观察组采用枸橼酸舒芬太尼、丙泊酚复合麻醉下加米索前列醇,比较两组镇痛评分、宫颈软化率、手术时间、术中出血量、苏醒时间及并发症发生情况(人流综合征、呼吸抑制、子宫穿孔、人流不全)。结果 观察组镇痛评分为(3.41±0.54)分,低于对照组的(5.78±1.12)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组宫颈软化率为94.87%,高于对照组的82.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、术中出血量、苏醒时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未出现并发症。结论 丙泊酚、枸橼酸舒芬太尼联合米索前列醇用于无痛人流术镇痛效果良好,宫颈软化明显,手术时间短,术中出血量少,术后苏醒时间短,无人流并发症发生,安全性良好,值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effects of propofol, sufentanil citrate and misoprostol for painless abortion. Methods A total of 78 patients with painless abortion in our hospital from May 2018 to July 2019 were enrolled. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table, 39 cases each. The control group was anesthetized with propofol. The observation group was treated with sufentanil citrate and propofol combined with mesoprostol. The analgesic score, cervical softening rate, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, recovery time and concurrent were compared between the two groups. Symptoms (human flow syndrome, respiratory depression, uterine perforation, abortion). Results The analgesic score of the observation group was (3.41±0.54), which was lower than that of the control group (5.78±1.12), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The cervical softening rate of the observation group was 94.87%, which was higher than that of the control group. 82.05%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the operation time, intraoperative blood loss and recovery time of the observation group were shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); no complications occurred in either group.Conclusion Propofol,sufentanil citrate combined with misoprostol for painless abortion has good analgesic effect, obvious cervical softening, short operation time, less intraoperative blood loss, short recovery time after surgery, no abortion complications. It is safe and worthy of clinical application.
