摘要:
目的 通过文献计量学方法对基于微信平台的延续护理模式在术后患者中的应用进行调查，以期对未来护理工作及护理研究方向提供参考。方法 以“延续护理AND微信”OR“延续性护理AND微信”OR“延伸护理AND微信”为主题词，检索知网建库至2019年2月10日有关基于微信平台的延续护理模式在术后患者中应用的文献资料，对入选文献进行文献计量学分析。结果 最终纳入文献94篇，2014年首次出现基于微信平台的延续护理模式在术后患者中应用的研究，其中2014、2015年发文较少，2016~2018年呈现持续增长趋势；94篇文献分布于60种期刊中，其中发文量≥3篇的期刊有7种，发文量占总文献数量的28.72%；94篇文献中，被引频次最高为40次，其中被引频次＞10次的文献共10篇（10.64%），5~10次15篇（15.96%），1~4次25篇（26.60%）；有基金支持的文章仅5篇；94篇文献主要以乳腺外科、普外科、骨科、五官科发文为主。结论 目前基于微信平台的延续护理模式在术后患者中应用的研究逐年增长，涉及学科较多，但核心期刊发文、引文及基金项目量少，学科发展欠平衡，文献的整体质量仍需进一步提高。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the application of WeChat-based continuous nursing model in postoperative patients by bibliometric method, with a view to guiding future nursing work and nursing research directions. Methods Taking "continuing nursing and WeChat" OR "continuing nursing AND WeChat" OR "extending nursing and WeChat" as the key words, we searched the Zhiwang Library until February 10, 2019 for the WeChat platform-based continuing nursing model after Bibliometric analysis of selected literatures was performed on patients. Results Finally, 94 articles were included. In 2014, the first research on the application of the continuous nursing model based on WeChat platform in postoperative patients appeared. Among them, fewer articles were published in 2014 and 2015, and the publication of documents from 2016 to 2018 showed a continuous growth trend.94 articles were distributed in 60 journals, of which 7 were journals with a publication volume of ≥ 3 articles, accounting for 28.72% of the total number of articles; among 94 articles, the highest frequency was 40 times, of which the frequency was> There are 10 articles (10.64%) for 10 times, 15 articles (15.96%) for 5 to 10 times, and 25 articles (26.60%) for 1 to 4 times. Only 5 articles are supported by funds; The 94 articles were mainly published in breast surgery, general surgery, orthopedics, and facial features. Conclusion The current continuous nursing model based on the WeChat platform has been increasing year by year in applied research among postoperative patients, involving many disciplines, but the number of core journals, citations and fund projects is small, the development of disciplines is not balanced, and the overall quality of the literature still needs to be further improved.
