摘要:
着医疗保险范围逐渐扩大，业务量逐渐增多，医疗机构与医疗保险管理中心间的信息交换也随之加大。近年来医院床位使用情况实时监控也纳入到医保管理中心对住院定点医疗机构绩效目标的考核指标中，医保中心为实现对医院床位使用情况的实时监控，要求医院床位使用情况实时上传到医保中心库中。本文根据医保中心床位监控接口的要求，对我院基于HIS系统的相关子程序进行了接口改造对接，并对接口系统、接口系统体系及流程、接口系统功能及系统应用情况进行了阐述。
Abstract:
As the scope of medical insurance gradually expands and business volume increases, the information exchange between medical institutions and medical insurance management centers also increases. In recent years, real-time monitoring of the use of hospital beds has also been incorporated into the performance indicators of medical insurance management centers for the performance targets of inpatient fixed-point medical institutions. In order to achieve real-time monitoring of the use of hospital beds, the medical insurance center requires the use of hospital beds to be uploaded to the medical insurance center library in. According to the requirements of the medical insurance center bed monitoring interface, the related subroutines of our hospital based on HIS system were interfaced and docked, and the interface system, interface system system and process, interface system function and system application were explained.
