摘要:
目的 分析药剂科参与抗菌药用药管理促进临床用药合理性的作用。方法 选择2018年3月~2019年3月在我院诊治的住院患者86例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各43例，对照组采用常规抗菌药治疗，观察组实施药剂科参与管理抗菌药用药，比较两组临床抗菌药合理使用率、合理用药指标（住院时间、住院费用、用药费用）以及临床不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组临床抗菌药合理使用率为97.67%，高于对照组的81.40%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组住院时间、住院费用、用药费用均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组临床不良反应发生率为4.65%，低于对照组的20.93%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 药剂科参与抗菌药用药管理可促进临床用药合理化，提高抗菌用药合理率，有效缩短住院时间，降低住院费用和用药费用，减少临床不良反应的发生，具有重要的临床应用价值。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the role of the pharmacy department in the management of antibacterial drugs to promote the rationality of clinical use. Methods A total of 86 inpatients who were treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional antibacterial drugs, and the observation group was administered with drugs. The department participates in the management of antibacterial and medicinal drugs, and compares the reasonable use rate of clinical antibacterials, reasonable medication indicators (hospital length, hospitalization costs, medication costs), and the occurrence of clinical adverse reactions in the two groups.Results The reasonable use rate of clinical antibacterial drugs in the observation group was 97.67%, which was higher than 81.40% in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The length of stay, hospitalization costs, and medication costs in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); the incidence of clinical adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.65%, which was lower than 20.93% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The participation of the pharmacy department in the management of antimicrobial drugs can promote the rationalization of clinical medication, improve the rational rate of antibacterial medication, effectively shorten the length of hospital stay, reduce the cost of hospitalization and medication, and reduce the occurrence of clinical adverse reactions, which has important clinical application value.
