摘要:
目的 探讨预见性护理在肾病综合征患者中的应用效果。方法 选择2016年5月~2019年5月我院收治的肾病综合征患者126例，按随机数字表法分为两组，各63例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上实施预见性护理，比较两组并发症发生情况和护理满意度。结果 观察组并发症发生率为1.59%，低于对照组的12.70%（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度评分为（93.92±3.21）分，高于对照组的（82.74±2.62）分（P＜0.05）。结论 预见性护理能有效降低肾病综合征患者并发症发生率，提高护理满意度，值得应用。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing in patients with nephrotic syndrome. Methods A total of 126 patients with nephrotic syndrome who were admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, each with 63 cases. The control group received conventional nursing; the observation group implemented predictive nursing based on conventional nursing, and compared the complications and nursing satisfaction between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.59%, which was lower than 12.70% in the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was (93.92±3.21) points, which was higher than the control group (82.74±2.62) points(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction in patients with nephrotic syndrome, it is worth applying.
