Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the value of changes in molecular markers of prethrombotic state (PTS) in the diagnosis of unstable angina pectoris complicated by hypertension. Methods The clinical data of 102 patients with unstable angina pectoris diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. Based on whether or not hypertension was grouped, 40 cases without hypertension were set as the observation group and 62 cases with hypertension. Set as the control group, and select 40 healthy people who have undergone physical examination in our hospital during the same period as the normal group, and detect the PTS molecular markers respectively, and compare the three groups of PTS molecular markers [vascular hemophilia factor antigen (vWF), platelet alpha Granular membrane protein-140 (GMP-140), tissue-type plasminogen activator (t-PA), plasma fibrinogen (Fbg), plasminogen activation inhibitor-1 (PAI-1), anticoagulation blood enzyme (AT)] levels, and analyzed the correlation between each index and patients with unstable angina pectoris.Results The levels of vWF, GMP-140, Fbg, and PAI-1 in the observation group were higher than those in the normal group and lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); AT levels and t-PA activities in the observation group were lower than those in the normal group,higher than the control group(P<0.05); systolic and diastolic blood pressure and age, PTS molecular markers (vWF, GMP-140, Fbg, PAI-1, AT, t -PA) levels were closely related (P<0.05).Conclusion Prethrombotic state exists in patients with unstable angina pectoris, and PTS changes in patients with hypertension are more obvious than those in patients with unstable angina pectoris.
